The beds ended up decently comfortable (not the best but failed to hinder our rest), and there was plenty of House to stow our stuff so we did not have to look at suitcases, and so on. all week. Being right on the beach is certainly the selling point and our favourite element of this house.

They say location is everything, and I'd have to concur here. The place by itself is in desperate need of an overhaul. Everything worked, it felt secure, and the location was awesome, however it's just about the ragged edge of falling apart, in general. I don't mean to complain too much, but basically the windows were all really in need of replacement, as have been the doorways, the trim, much in the home furniture, etc.
